Park Hyatt Chicago, overlooking the historic Water Tower on the Magnificent Mile, is the hometown flagship for the Park Hyatt brand. Arda led a multidisciplinary team in a sweeping renovation and modernization of the Park Hyatt’s 198 guest rooms.

The upgraded rooms are better poised to meet contemporary guest requirements, and feature new finishes, remodeled bathrooms, windows with improved acoustic and thermal insulation, and new lighting and control systems. The renovations also reconfigured the mix of room types to meet current market demand, and expanded accessibility. Prior to commencing construction across the hotel, the Arda team built and refined three unique model rooms as a demonstration for the Park Hyatt.
